With input from the list I accomplished this.
One thing that was not mentioned is that there
is a rubber gasket that goes around the bottom
of the nozzle.  After removing that, things get
real easy. Also, once you remove the nozzle from
the tube, the tube wants to go back inside the car!
Have a quick clamp or clothespin ready so you don't
have to go digging for it.

I do need to add a YUCK!  It wasn't just the nozzle
that was plugged, there was crud running 2" down the
tube!  Obviously the first cleaning in 16 years...
