It all depends on the motor you buy. if you buy a crappy motor, you're gonna get a crappy motor. my JDM B16a is just fine. no main problems at all. truly, anything you need you can snag off of a USDM b16a, Si motor, or an old-school GSR. i actually don't think that the 92-95 motors will bolt into the stock mounts. plus, you have to rewire the whole harness for OBD2.
