No, pretty much any D-series engine should bolt right into the bay with the existing mounts (the one exception I can think of is the first-gen DOHC Integra motor, there may be others). In most cases, you'll have to hook up some sort of a VTEC switch or something anyways, since the 92-95 SOHC motors are all hydraulic clutch systems. As far as I'm aware, there are no real good options for changing your car from cable to hydro, but again, that may have changed.
