No, pretty much any D-series engine should bolt right into the bay with the
existing mounts (the one exception I can think of is the first-gen DOHC
Integra motor, there may be others). In most cases, you'll have to hook up
some sort of a VTEC switch or something anyways, since the 92-95 SOHC motors
are all hydraulic clutch systems. As far as I'm aware, there are no real
good options for changing your car from cable to hydro, but again, that may
have changed.

It all depends on the motor you buy. if you buy a
crappy motor, you're gonna get a crappy motor. my JDM
B16a is just fine. no main problems at all. truly,
anything you need you can snag off of a USDM b16a, Si
motor, or an old-school GSR. i actually don't think
that the 92-95 motors will bolt into the stock mounts.
plus, you have to rewire the whole harness for OBD2.
