If the D16Y8 were in good shape with lower miles, it'd go for maybe $500, but 
seeing as though it's not in good shape, offer the guy $100.  Seriously, I keep 
hearing about custom Honda shops with gobs of D16Z6's and since there's only 
2hp difference, find one with low miles and start with a clean slate.
