Water pump. 3. Alternator. 4. Timing belt tension wheel. Does the noise only happen when the car is in motion or can it be re-created with the car sitting? FWIW, my car makes a *whistling* sound through the intake ... usually when the engine is under load. It's always done this. I've heard other Honda's that do this too. Some people think it's a Turbo or Supercharger. :^) Robert K.
