I too bought a Corbeau seat, a fixed back FIA approved seat because I could
not fit in the car with the stock seat.  I am 200 Lbs, 6'3" with size 13
feet and the new seat sits low enough for me to fit in the car now with a
helmet on and with rail allows me to adjust it back much farther than
before.  I bought my seat a few years ago and had to modify the seat rail
that came with the seat also.
