It looks like there was an alarm/aftermarket fog lights installed. The green wire would be consistant with some sort of starter kill in an alarm. The black wire would be the siren wire or a wire to the fog lights. The LED, switch, and button could be part of the alarm, foglights, or both at the time. It also could have been a remote start system. Hope this helps...
