CRX: Any experience with this part

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with or knows about the "Tenzo-Stainless Steel Bolt-on Rear Muffler" for 88-91 Civic CRX.  I was wondering what the change in noise level and performance would be.  Any help is appreciated.
