Hi Dylan, I didn't see any answers, so I'll try. I just got one for my '89 CRX, with the 1.5L engine. I liked the workmanship of the muffler, tho I would have prefered a welded, not crimped side seam. The cheap little aftermarket muffler that came with the car had stuff rattling in it, and I'm sure that was hurting the power. The car does seem faster now, but I don't know how the Tenzo would compare to a working stock muffler.
The sound is nice; no louder, really, but deep and sort of throaty. I can't really hear it unless I'm driving with my window down. I got it from Manchester Honda, the same place you're looking. Very good service, shipping was $22 to Western Oregon, though. And it was packaged well. A huge box! Anyway, hope this helps. Ed Miller '89 CRX (should I say "DX"? The book doesn't call it that, but it's not an SI or EF. I was wondering what the change in noise level and performance would be. Any help is appreciated. dylan 90 DX
