Again, I am sorry that I was not able to do much for you. I am happy to learn that you did get your credit card company involved. That was going to be my next suggestion. I hope things work out for you and that this does not make you feel that all of our shoppes here in the States operate like this. Many provide excellent service but there are the small few that seems to hurt it for the rest.
I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but it sounds as if you've been more than patient with them and I hope it foes get resolved soon. If I can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to ask.

thanks for trying for me. One of the Honda-tech forum users from Atlanta called them a few times for me last week, he got through to them once, when he mentioned my name & situation all they said was that they had no idea who i was & didn't know about any order i'd made for a JDM EK9 Civic Type R 0.25mm o/sized piston kit. Strange!! so how come i've got a VISA bill saying i've paid Western Union �350 & a reciept from Western Union saying they've recieved it, & i've also got email confirmation from HYBRID MOTORSPORT saying that they HAVE recieved my payment & they WILL be sending my parts ASAP. I've been in touch with my Western Union to get the name of the employee who on HYBRID behalf picked up my money, i was told it was a Mr Ron Yates, all the info they gave me has now been past on to my VISA card company, all the money chasing is now in their hands. I should probably have it sorted out in about a month or so they tell me, i have plenty of proof in my favour so i'm sure it will all be sorted out easily enough. I've left a dozen or so voicemails telling them the situation, not once have they replied, the same goes for all the emails i've sent them, i informed them about the bills, reciepts & email confirming my order that i have & i said that i didn't want to have to involve VISA etc, but has they havn't replied or made an effort to contact me i had no other choice. Thanks again for trying for me, your help was much appreciated, it's pretty shit when situations like this arrise, but it's good to know that there's plenty of people out there that are prepared to help a stranger, even when they're in another country. Since i got VISA involved i've stopped calling HYBRID, i've done all i intend to do, i'll let the EXPERTS sort them out, thanks,

Do you know if they are a reputable firm, i would think so or you wouldn't have them in your links section, could somebody help maybe in finding out what's happening with my order, thanks, Craig Nettleton.

- I have not heard anything negative about them but then again, I have not heard anything positive either. The only thing I can offer to do is for me to try and call them and inquire about your order. If you can provide me with the invoice number, the date of purchase, what was ordered and perhaps who you might have spoken to, I can try and see what's up but other than that, there really isn't much more I can do. But I am willing to at least make a call to them on your behalf...
