The easiest thing to do is to head down to your local WalMart, AutoZone, PepBoy's or Kragen and get a universal license plate mount/kit.   FWIW, Jiggy didn't have his front plate when I got him (and this was before I did the body kit).  I think the license plate mount/kit cost me under $5.00 (USD) from the local AutoZone (formerly Chief's Auto).  Then when I did the body kit, I just drilled holes in said kit and used regular nuts and bolts.   Robert K.
