Okay, I'll be the 1st to admit I beat on my poor
little CRX... the reason that I have always had a CRX
is that they have always stood up to whatever pushment
I have subjected them to...
My most recent one however, is proving to be the
exception to this rule. It's an 89 DX, and in the
eight months that I have owned it I have blown through
eight front CV Boots and 3 axles shafts. No doubt due
to my overly aggressive driving patterns, but... is
there anything I should or could do to help compensate
for my hellish driving... like I said I have never had
the problem with my 3 other CRX's an 86 DX, an 88 SI
or the 89 HF. And fortunately I have become a
relatively more conservative driver with age.
I have plans on upgrading the suspension... any
suggestion on which way to go? I am considering a
front strut bar also ... but I fear altering the
responsiveness of the car. Suggestions, comments or
experiences are appreciated...
Also does anyone have or know of a documented battery
transplant to the rear??

TIA,

Wilk
