That's about all I have to say...

Aside from the fact that I think you need to learn the difference between
driving a car hard (and thereby being able to still take care of it) and
abusing the f@#$ out of it.

My turbo CRX puts out double the horsepower of a stock DX, and I still
have the factory original axles with 176k miles on them.  Yes, I drive my
car hard, and it even saw a full season of AutoCross at one point during
its life.

Try not dropping the clutch and doing burnouts with the wheels turned at a
full lock.  That's the fastest way to tear up CV joints.

Aside from that, I have no idea how a DX could tear up axles that badly --
they just don't have the power to do it.
