Chad,

Before you do anything, pop the valve cover and examine the rubber seal that 
runs around the cover's rim.  This seal is a high-failure item and needs to be 
replaced at least once every 2-3 years, depending on climate, # miles, etc.  
Get a new seal, clean up the mess, and see if the leak goes away.
