Umm... I live in Texas, and I don't think I'd offer more than $250 for that car (honestly)...
I bought an '89 DX with working A/C just last summer with 167k miles on it for $750... It had just been in a frontal accident, but had been repaired (albeit, not very well, but it had straight body panels on it already)...
