Absolutely NOT...

A friend if mine just broke the timing belt on his '91 CRX a few months
ago.  His car only had about 125k kms (78k miles) on it when it went.  I
had been bugging him for about a month before that to get it done.

Honda recommends you replace all timing belts on cars built from 1990 and
later every 6 years/90k miles, whichever occurs first.

I need to replace the t-belt on a '94 Integra I have that only has 72k
miles on it.
