Subject: RE: 1.5 liter question

Steve,

Check out http://www.gude.com.  Here's the listing for your vintage
vehicle:

Thanks, George. If there is no other head which will fit the D15A3 engine, I was planning to do the following:

1) a cam,
2) a 3-angle valve job, whatever that is, and:
3) shave the head.

I was thinking about headers, open exhausts, port-matching everything, etc., but it seems a waste of money on this small, non-VTEC engine.

However, the head is blown and the cam is bent. My mechanic is giving me the car and will help me to put a new head on and get it running so I will get the car out of his sight. If there are any ideas floating out there for this situation, I would sure appreciate hearing about them.

Thanks,

Steve
