CRX: Posting again: Full throttle smell...

I am going to try re-posting this question...   While going down the road in my CRX, if i go full throttle, a sickening smell of almost unburned fuel fills the interior.    I had the entire exhaust replaced once and checked twice for leaks.  I got one reply about a "stuck throttle body thingie"??  can anyone explain or expand??   Thanks! : )
