I've finally got a good income, so I'm able to invest in my CRX. I've been looking at engine options, and the cost of going turbo and going B-16a are within $200. Which way would you guys go? The company that I've been speaking to is the Drop Shop in Hudson NH, which seems to be a place an authority on Turbo hondas. From emailng the guy who owns the shop, He feels that the turbo is a better option. He says it makes more power, and is more fun to drive.
My engine runs perfectly, it's got 120k miles on it, and he would go through it and replace anything that needed to be done when I got the turbo setup. I've heard of a number of people who have the turbo on their daily drivers, and the car is just as reliable as stock. Plus, when my engine does die, I can always swap in another, and put the turbo on it. I dunno... What do you guys think?
