Yes, the 1 is an HF, the 2 a standard and a 3 is the Si.

I don't have this information with me as I am currently traveling and not due back until Wednesday where I would be able to get this information for you.  In the mean time, I've included with this reply the CRX Owners Discussion Group where someone there will most likely be able to answer your question.

The other alternative is to actually call your local Honda dealership and ask to speak to the parts department.  They will not only be able to tell you the model CRX you have but also be able to look up any recalls that were on your vehicle and if they were addressed.
