CBC is running a bit of line noise about the 'inevitability' of the CRTC
imposing a national firewall to block foriegn streaming media channels from
competing with domestic television and radio. When the CRTC follows
through, Canada will be the second country after China to filter out
'corrupting' Internet traffic at the national level.
