simple, wait for the american power grid to get so hopelessly overloaded
that it completely fails. thus removing the american part of the internet
that the crtc seems to be concerned with. nothing to firewall if its just
"dead air"
other than that, I'm not sure that in our economy and internet physical
structures... that a canadian border firewall would be either easy to
design, implement, manage... I suspect it just might be "too mucking
fuch" ... huge project if it actually happens. Logistics dictate that
this is rather improbable.
