Now that is strange, as that certificate should've been installed when you
did an initial install of official bits.  What do you have in /etc/crypto/certs?

The ~11 files are remnants of LiveUpgrade, but I'm not sure what they
mean in this context.

There was a recent bug fixed against this area, but it was fixed in b108,
so you shouldn't be seeing the problem still:
