Well, I use 6.0.2i too, and eudora, and I just sent myself a test message
to check, and it doesn't make it an attachment. Please check again under
the pgp preferences menu, email tab, that the box to use PGP/MIME is not
checked. Perhaps the default changed when you installed it.
As for signing the .sig, that is definitely considered a feature not a bug.
If you clearsign the message, it shows through... if it is encrypted, it
shouldn't. C'est la Guerre.
