I generated my own very small (32 bit) keys for ECC (to get 64-bit
ECDSA signature) and successfully used them with cryptopp. This of
course means security is reduced to a buzzword, since I can imagine
they can be bruteforced on a pocket calculator. But it is possible.

I haven't used RSA so I'm not sure if it is possible. I can give more
info on how to do that with ECC if you are interested. I doubt it
would be transferable to RSA though.
