Within 64bit space there is enough primes to do RSA keys.
My 'No' answer followed by link to basic reading is closely related
to " i've searched for a function to generate public keys".
Me thinks that cryptopp-users should have a FAQ that a more
accustomed with the field may give as at finger answer to such
questions and help newcomers to grasp a slight idea of
cryptography before they start to code for tommorow's deadline.
Its good to have vendors interested in providing security for
their customers. Its bad to see that many programmers are asking
here before asking any of search engines what 'encryption' is
supoosed to do.
It can be disastrous for users, as i.e. debian's 'improvments'
to OpenSSL proved.
