I believe that wiki page (http://www.cryptopp.com/wiki/File:RFC4648- Base32.zip) only holds the alternate Base32 zip. It does not download automatically - there's a hyperlink to the download named "RFC4648- Base32.zip".

Believe it or not, I consider DJ the maintainer (he suggested that Crypto++ start a wiki and has admin, IIRC). I just add content on occassion. > And if it's there - please point me at it, and/or > make it more prominent. Its kind of hard to find. From the wiki, select "Special Pages", and then "File List". It should take you to http://www.cryptopp.com/wiki/Special:ListFiles. The file list contains all files, not just ZIPs. I seem to recall you can also search on MIME types (application/zip). For 'Sample Code', I try to add the category 'Sample' to each page: http://www.cryptopp.com/wiki/Category:Sample. So a lot of the sample code shows up there also.
