I don't recall having luck with swapping in a new alphabet in the
past. I was probably doing something wrong, and discovered it was
easier to copy/paste/rename than it was to trace IsolatedInitialize()
(or whatever the function was).

It would probably be easiest to include it directly in base32.h.
AltBase64{Encoder|Decoder} would probably be helpful.
