For the first one you are using an unsigned value and comparing with a signed value, so cast one if you must but better create your values to be the same type as you are comparing against. The other warnings (I cannot read the text all the way) look like use of potentially dangerous methods or similar, maybe your compiler wishes you to look at alternatives. When you compile cryptopp you will have set some flags, otherwise you need to look at the script you used and check the flags there.
