Hey Jeffrey,

I really don't want to be the one to break the ideas of other people,
but there's no sed without Cygwin-style-installation
<https://stackoverflow.com/questions/127318/is-there-any-sed-like-utility-for-cmd-exe>
on Windows.
If anyhow possible I'd prefer a solution that only lives within the
source files, so we don't have to define platform specific behavior.
