Yes, it has been discussed, implemented and partially cut-over. The discussion was [most recently] here: "SourceForge admits adding malware to the packages they host", https://groups.google.com/d/msg/cryptopp-users/twMy6-IhI1o/MBFbGCz_1Y8J. We are in the middle of the migration. We got GitHub stood up, but we have not torn down SourceForge. Until the cut-over is complete, we have been trying to keep both repo's up to date.
