The proposed RDRAND source files were posted at https://www.cryptopp.com/rdrand.zip . The RDRAND ZIP includes the class files (RDRAND.h and RDRAND.cpp), a test file (RDRAND.cxx), a Windows ASM file (RDRAND.asm), and a script to build the RDRAND library files on Windows (make-rdrand.cmd). A file called device.hxx is also provided. The file shows a base class that RDRAND depends upon and will be added to cryptlib.h.
