This points to a failure in our engineering processes. We are now tracking 
this issue at "Need a set of tests which perform key generation", 
http://github.com/weidai11/cryptopp/issues/69.

This one irritates me off because its the sort of failure that should not 
occur in an established or mature project. Its a deep, fundamental problem 
that should have been corrected a long time ago, and not allowed to fester.
