I don't think we introduced incompatibilities between 5.6.1 and 5.6.3. That means - an ugly but usually effective hack should work: figure where the 5.6.1 got installed (includes, libraries including shared, cryptest.exe, maybe test data), and just overwrite it with the 5.6.3 components.
