If you want to work the problem, then my testing GitHub is located at https://github.com/noloader/cryptopp. The appveyor.yml file drives the entire process, so you don't have to worry about settings you can't access. Clone my fork, signup for AppVeyor, and have at it. If you are on Stack Overflow, then I'll provide a 500 point spot bonus for the person who solves it.
