I recently installed the latest XCode containing gcc 4.0.1, but
haven't had a chance yet to test it with CS. You can switch to gcc 3.3
with the command `sudo gcc_select 3.3'.

As for cal3d, CS requires the CVS version of cal3d, so you will need
to grab cal3d from its CVS repository. You may also need to install,
via Fink or manually, the latest autoconf and automake in order to
build cal3d. Once you have it built and installed, re-configure CS and
build again. (Make sure that you compile cal3d with the same gcc
version with which you compile CS.)
