Here's my take on a strategy plan for the immediate future.
Get a new theme on the web site. In my humble opinion it's not looking
good at all. It's too dry.
Integrate the mailinglist and the forum; make them transparent to
eachother.
Set out to make a simple demo; more simple than crystalcore; just pick
whatever 3d objects are out there under a free or public domain
license. Skip the story line for now. Make a simple first person
shooter; it would be a real boost to the community with immediate
effect. Models and maps will increase drastically.
Make the documentation page a wiki page.
Make the wiki a free wiki so that you don't need to register.
Make the RSS feeds better; f.ex the 3d wiki RSS feed contains zero
information.
Clean up the tarball; it's a real mess in the root dir.
