I went ahead and made the SoC links on the DevelopersWhiteBoard page. However, a few things are still missing... so far, it doesn't look like Brandon Hamilton or Christoph Mewes have created blogs, and the OpenAL and Improved Terrain projects lack their own wiki pages. I'll keep an eye on stuff and add links to these if/when they get created.
I haven't renamed the SoC Ideas page to SoC Ideas 2006 yet, because I haven't heard any feedback about that idea yet.
