What about doing a small 'Towers of Hanoi' game, or something similar?
You know, like a puzzle game targeted at a general audience. I think
Towers of Hanoi is kind of a unique idea, because it could be easily
extendable to have harder puzzles (different shaped rings, different
colors/materials, etc). We could start off with a basic game designed
by the whole community, and if it caught on, update it to include cooler
stuff as we went on. I think it might be really fun, because it's an
easy game to write initially, but allows us some flexibility as far as
what type of physics we want in it, materials, features, etc... We
could even add some really cool backgrounds and stuff if we had time.

Also, does Crystal Space promote using T-Shirts? I know some open
source software companies make some of their money by selling
T-Shirts/gear (e.g. Firefox), and it's a great way to promote the CS
engine. If we don't have shirts yet, maybe we should look into making
some and selling them on the CS website. We could have some fun by
having like a 'Design a slogan' contest. I think the Crystal Space logo
right now would look cool on a black or grey T-Shirt.
