Actually I can drop the "speculation" part. The data checked into the 
blenderprojects SCM is really only the BGE stuff.
So if we'd want to provide any kind of community platform for a CS YF we 
have to set up our own repo (from the data on the DVD, or maybe we can 
get a dump of the original BI SVN).
