 - Updated wx to 2.8.11.
 - Updated libjpeg to 8a.
 - Updated Cg to February 2010 release of 2.2.

Also:
 - Libraries for VC10.
 - BulletSoftBody now available everywhere.
 - Preliminary mingw64 support(*).

(*) It's still fickle. You need the right version - mingw64 1.0. (There
are a plethora of versions available, automated builds, personal builds,
other builds times different targets and host platforms. You want
something with "mingw64-1.0" on i686-mingw. The right package will
contain a "x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc" version 4.4.)
Also, it seems the mingw64 toolchain doesn't support import libraries
for DLLs from MSVC (yet). The most significant result of that is that Cg
can't be used on mingw64.
