Being able to develop a marketing strategy is crucial to your survival. If you get your strategy wrong then you can very quickly see your business decline, especially in today's fast changing markets. You'll leave this workshop with a draft practical strategic marketing plan for your business that will help you develop your future direction. Examples of topics covered in the workshop include:

  • What is the difference between strategic and tactical marketing?
  • The seven marketing strategies relevant to small business
  • How to actually implement a strategic marketing plan
  • Time to develop your own plan
