Carol,

I am not aware of a NZ-based service. If none exists, take a look at
Efax (www.efax.com). It looks like what you need but they charge around
US$13 per month and you can only get an Auckland fax number.

Cheers,
Andrei

Subject: [csforum] Receiving faxes via an adsl connection

Hi all,
I would like to find a service, operating in NZ, which will allow people
to send faxes to me, which I can then pick up via my adsl internet
connection. Somehow I've convinced myself that this must be available. I
don't mean using my modem/computer to emulate a fax machine connected to
the phone line, I mean a bogus phone number, which when you send a fax
to it, will hold the fax ready for me to collect via the internet.

Does anyone know of such a thing?

thanks in anticipation
Carol
