I'm in the process of producing a survey of TurboNote+ downloaders, exploring what makes them install or not etc, and was wondering if anyone's seen any good templates for such surveys or discussions thereof.
I've got a reasonably good handle on the info I want to get, but it's always good to check against prior experience to ensure the important points are hit and max compliance achieved. Any suggestions as to suitable sites, designs, examples, URLs?
