Hello folks, If you've been meaning to get around to joining Canterbury Software or sending in this year's sub, now would be a good time as we're about to change the password system for member access to the very useful, and ever- growing set of resources on the CSI Website.
It's worth $50 just to get the good oil on things like how to effectively pitch for R&D funding as a software developer, handy license templates and marketing primers written specially for the IT industry. The password will change on Monday December 15 -- we'll be putting a new batch of resources online for members after that, so check it out next week. All paid-up CSI members will be emailed the new password on Monday (after we've checked the morning snail mail for any late cheques :-) In addition to the passworded members-only material, CSI members also get highlighted in the Member Files, a comprehensive listing on the CSI Directory, the chance to practice marketing pitches and company presentations at the Elevator Cafe, discounts at many useful events and workshops run by CSI and associated organisations (and we're working on getting you free steak knives RSN :-).
