Nick -- I checked it (running IE5) and had no problems. At the risk of
teaching folk to suck eggs, I'd suggest you give it another go and make
sure you have the full URL (minus breaks, spaces and >).

If that fails, try the following steps:

Go to http://www.techrepublic.com

Click on Downloads on the LH nav bar (under the main title Resources)

Click on Templates and Checklists

That should pull up the full offerings.

<WARNING WILL ROBINSON>
Do remember folk, that these things should be regarded as *guides* only --
they are written for the US, so tend to be very long-winded, very
legalistic and have a lot of stuff that isn't directly relevant or
appropriate for here.

One particular thing to keep an eye out for if you're using these sorts of
things -- make sure you change the jurisidiction for any dispute
resolution to a Christchurch/NZ one!!

And do get your final draft checked over by a lawyer before you get anyone
to sign it -- good to have it checked locally and by someone who practices
in the country you're targeting (or is familiar with their practices).

Cheers,
Vicki Hyde
