I'm not sure what is causing it, but I was able to run my server at both 64
and 128 tic with not problems having variance between 0-1. It was fine, but
now the server (like many of valves competitive servers) seems to
constantly have a variance of 2.0+ after 10 people are on the server for a
competitive match. Any help greatly appreciated. Its a vanilla linux server.
