[Csgo_servers] Logging in with steam account to download CSGO server files

Hello all, just had a question here. After you login to steam to download the 
update tool and so on, and then you quit to exit it and start up the server 
after installation. We can log back into it from our own PC later on that same 
account right? It wont affect the dedicated server or anything? It should not I 
would think, but I just wanted to confirm.
