I think I experience a similar issue on our servers, although I was thinking it was my client, as it won't show any servers at all, accept for my favourites.
Another thing I noticed is that I can't use the IP flag to bind to an IP, the server binds to 127.0.0.1, any other valid IP on that machine and the server won't boot.
