Well, it's quite simple, if you play on a non offical server (a server that isn't from valve) awards aren't awarded. e.g. I've planted like 25 bombs today but the counter on the award board is still at 32 :/
Would be nice if you could do something against that :) Players want to receive those awards, wouldn't it be stupid if they can only do that on valve servers??
